We tested LaGrowthMachine for 2 months. A critical bug synced emails from one MS Office user into another user's inbox, exposing internal communication and damaging our email reputation.

Support was unhelpful. Instead of investigating, they demanded multiple videos to “prove” the issue and showed no urgency or ownership. We had to stop using the tool to prevent further harm.

Some features like ZeroInbox are useful, but not worth the risk. Other tools like Expandi or MeetAlfred are more reliable and more affordable. Worst customer experience we've had in years. Avoid.

We have been using the tool for now roughly half a year. While initially it looks fairly priced, the features basically everybody needs are mostly hidden in the Ultimate edition for 150€/user.

Experiences:
- intransparent pricing and basic features like customizing the messaging journey are in highly priced tiers
- E-Mailing very ineffective and bug prone (we received our own emails in spam folder)
- Poor customer service: When we raised the above point, we were not really tended to
- Sometimes tool is not reachable: The site just does not load

I set up a free trial with this company, which is very expensive compared to other providers.
