I had not planned to give a 5 star…

I had not planned to give a 5 star review because I ordered a pearl necklace and it was marked shipped so I expected it 2 days later. However, it seems FedEx lost the item. I requested help the day after my necklace was supposed to arrive and I will admit it took a couple days for a response but I understand that they had to research on their end too. As soon as they determined that FedEx had lost the item they sent me a new necklace and I received it 2 days later!! I didn’t have to wait, etc. The necklace and earrings purchased a week prior are gifts and the quality is as promised. I will definitely purchase from them again in the future. Thank you.

Excellent pearl bracelet

Excellent pearl bracelet, my wife was surprised and pleasantly satisfied with it, so I would have to say it was just what I hoped it would be. Great price, quality product, and quick shipment. Great transaction all the way around. Would recommend to anyone looking for pearl jewelry.

Consistent Quality, Great Value

This isn't the first time I've ordered from Laguna Pearl, and the 18" princess length white freshwater AA+ pearl necklace didn't disappoint. The pearls are nicely round and matched with a thick nacre and glowing luster. They are much nicer than the sale price I paid. They arrived well-packaged in a timely manner. The basic box is attractive, as I didn't opt for the upgraded box. This was a good value, and I'll be proud to present them to my sister for Christmas. Good thing my wife already had some, or that wouldn't be happening.
