SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!! Received a bracelet with a defective clasp. Was unable to get a hold of anyone at Laguna Pearl - their voicemail was full and unable to accept messages, their online help feature didn’t work, and their customer service email bounced back. I had to go through PayPal’s dispute service to hear from them!! Even though I posted the return shipping info, my refund has not gone through, keeping the matter unresolved - I’ll be escalating with PayPal on Monday (today is Saturday).

Beautiful! Just received my 51" Akoya 6.5-7mm pearls and they are gorgeous. Will definitely buy from them again.

Bought a ring for my girlfriend for her birthday, and it came with 3 diamonds missing. So I sent it back to get those missing stones added. The “fixed” ring just came today with the same 3 diamonds missing as well as an extra missing diamond. Very unhappy with this company’s quality considering the pieces are very expensive. Will be returning the ring for a full refund and looking elsewhere.

I bought the AAA Akoya white Princess length, 6.5-7 pearl necklace and matching earrings. The price was outstanding for the quality of the pearls. They are just gorgeous. The luster and color are very impressive. They were delivered with in a week of me ordering them. I am so happy with my order, I bought a matching bracelet. I bought them to wear to my daughter’s wedding, but now I am looking for reasons to dress up so I can wear them. This company is A + and I will be a repeat customer. Very please with my purchases and I highly recommended Laguna Pearls.

This is the 4th set of pearl earrings I have purchased from Laguna Pearl. I have 4 granddaughters. As they pierced their ears, I purchased pearl earrings. This purchase was for my last granddaughter! Oldest is now 18 and heading to college - still has and still wears - her pearl earrings !! Youngest is 8 years old and LOVES the earrings !
