My pearls arrived and I was very pleased with them. They were a gift for my daughter/caretaker. She was thrilled with them. I wish you would write a blurb about how to take care of pearls...ie.. Never get them wet..etc. I highly recommend your company, Clarice was charming and helpful. I was upset because my money was taken and there was a hiatus of 3 days so I called to see why I had no notification on shipment. Clarice explained that there was a holdup obtaining the clasp. The quality of the pearl is exceptional! The customer service was excellent. I would give five stars however, the pearl was set off centered and the quality of the white gold was much less than expected. The ring itself did not meet the expectations described online very light and hollow. Low quality white gold. The bigger issue is that my pearl was not set properly...it is not centered in the setting. Hoping to get it fixed. Aloha
