Washes great and super soft before and after washing. I just wish they were a little thicker

So far the experience has been great. I can definitely say that the rug is thin enough to be washable. I am going to return it since I want a thicker rug even if it is not washable but the the return process has been easy so far! I would definitely make another purchase from them in the future.

I ordered a rug and some grippers, but the rug never came even though my address was correct. I reached out to customer service and they were very helpful and quick to respond. They are sending a new rug and I look forward to receiving it.

Ordered my 2nd rug from them and I ordered the wrong size. Lahome was fast to respond and correct the situation even though I was at fault. Great service - I am a customer for life!

I have not received my rug yet, but the customer service has been great. The rug was delivered to the wrong address, and the customer service rep offered to send a new rug to replace it.

Lahome has the prettiest and softest rugs on the planet! I have bought several rugs, adorning my home office, the dining room, and a bedroom. They do need rug pads. Easy as can be to clean- I have two active large dogs, and dirt and fur do not cling. Customer service is a pleasure. Each rug is delivered punctually. Thank you for bringing such beauty into my home.

It was a beautiful rug and the quality was good. The company was great to work with!

I was sent the wrong rug or sent a rug that looks nothing like what I ordered.
My rug grippers were never received.
I have sent emails to the company for a refund.

Update: The company did respond in a timely manner and agreed to a full refund for the rug and rug grippers. They also said I could keep the rug rather than return it. I’m relieved and satisfied with the outcome. The rug has a nice texture and design, Unfortunately, the colors don’t look like the advertised product and I don’t have any place for it in my home.

Lahome delivers a great product, great customer service, and great prices! My wife and I have purchased several carpets which are an excellent quality and live up to their descriptions. Lahome also provides excellent customer service. The representatives respond quickly, are courteous, are effective, and efficient. Recently, we accidentally purchased a carpet that we did not want and Lahome gave us two options to correct the problem (i.e. we could send the products back for a full refund or keep the carpets and receive a partial refund to avoid the mailing costs). Great products, great service, and great prices! What else could you want!

he think it is wonderful my rug did not arrive and Lahome is replacing it. I await the arrival of my new rug!

Great customer service. I had a hiccup with my delivery address and they resolved it with no problem.

The rug I bought was NOT as pictured or described on their website. Super cheap and ugly.

The customer service is REFUSING to refund me my money, despite their return policy.

Lahome Decor is a scam. They also suppress negative reviews on their website, so that alone shows lack of honesty, integrity, and quality of items.

UPDATE: Lahome Decor customer service finally approved the full refund of the awful item I purchased. They did this ONLY AFTER they received this negative review, that they cannot remove. They asked me to remove this review since they granted the refund.

This action only proves further how unethical and greedy they are.

Second Update:
The company did issue a sincere apology and acknowledge their poor actions and stated they will learn from this situation. I hope this is true.

LaHome wasn’t able to ship my order as quickly as I had hoped but they absolutely made it right through my email outreach. Their customer service and response time was as it should be - and did not leave me disappointed or dissatisfied. Thanks LaHome staff!
