I ordered three of the cross & crown necklaces…one in each color. It took
a little while to receive them, but worth the wait. They’re gorgeous and sparkly. So far, no issues with them breaking.

It took a few weeks for necklaces to arrive. I did not realize they were being shipped from overseas or I would not have ordered them . The quality is questionable and only time will tell, and even though kinda pretty, they have the feel of very cheap quality jewelry. I do not recommend.

I ordered the cross & crown necklace. The delivery took a hot minute, but I got them within 2-3 weeks. I ordered 3. I am so glad I did! They are absolutely beautiful! The quality of the cross & the chain is amazing! I asked customer service for tracking info, and they sent it right over. Good people! I will definitely order from them again! I will add a photo if I can figure out where to attach it!!

I absolutely love these necklaces. I’ve been looking for a crawl necklace that was different and this just is perfect. I also bought one for my daughter and she loves it.

- when I received the package, the chains were already tarnished.
- chains does not look new. Looked like I bought something from Goodwill. To be honest I just threw the chains away.
- the pendants, although they were really pretty, tarnihed after a week of wearing them.

I ordered three cross and crown necklaces. The first shipment never got to me. The second I finally received weeks later.

Two of the necklaces only lasted a few weeks before the chains broke.

I will never purchase from laney again. They aim to be a family business. I'd be asking ashamed to admit that.

They are a complete scam. I never received my product and they sent fake shipping and tracking details. The lengths they’ve gone to in order to perpetrate this scam is incredible. I reported them to the BBB in NY who replied that the business doesn’t exist in NY and the address on their website doesn’t exist either.

I ordered the square cross necklaces in both gold and silver tone.
I gave two as gifts and kept a silver one. I get compliments everywhere all the time. I love the unique clasp toggle in front especially. My son wears his and my friend never takes hers off. We are three very happy customers!! Thank you Lainly, and God bless your business!!

I love the Necklaces, so far I’ve not had any issues with mine. It took some time for them to come but outside of that I’m happy with them.

Ordering and shipping were great. The product was falsely advertised. Your ad said you could shower in the necklace and the cross would not tarnish. I am on day four of wearing the necklace 100% of the time, and the cross is already tarnished. I can no longer wear the necklace. Very unfortunate.

My necklace broke and I only got to wear it twice. I tried to contact customer service since I have a lifetime warranty to see if they would replace it and I haven’t been able to get ahold of anyone. No one has still reached back out to me.

So far I have not been able to get in touch with this company at all. I have received emails from them in regards to my order, but I haven’t been able to reach out to them and hear back.

Also… my order details have not updated for days on “Shop” and I a worried I will even receive my order at all.

Definitely will not be ordering from in the future, and this company definitely needs to take its customers more seriously and appreciate them.

I love the 3 Cross necklaces with the crown I got one in every color. I love how dainty they are and how sparkly and shiny they are. A little smaller than I was expecting but they are beautiful

Frankly I was very disappointed in the necklaces that I received. The chains on all 3 of them are getting very discolored after a few weeks of occasional wear.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS "SMALL FAMILY" BUSINESS. They are liars and thieves, criminals actually. So, their website has FAQs and one of the questions is "what it I dont like the jewelry" and they claim they have a 30 day refund policy with no questions asked and no hassles. This is FAR from the truth. They will absolutely ask the same ridiculous question over and over and give you horrible offers. When I first sent an email that I didnt like their merchandise (because it was cheap trash FROM CHINA) they offered me 10% refund, then they offered me 20% refund, then 30% and 50%. I persistently said I would like to return their product and get a full refund and opened a case with PAYPAL. What did they do? They tried to scam me by requesting I cancel my chargeback with PayPal so they can refund me fully. I asked for instructions where to send their temu/shein items, they responded that I didnt need to send it back. If it is worth so much, why wouldnt you want the unopened, unused items back? But wait, there's more. I called PayPal and asked if I should cancel the chargeback and they said absolutely not because once I canceled my claim, I couldnt reopen it and they would have no incentive to refund my money. So they think you are stupid and try to trick you that way. I am waiting for my full refund and dont need their cheap, falsely advertised jewelry. Save yourself the headache and HASSLE given by these criminals and shop elsewhere and ALWAYS use a credit card, preferably PayPal.

The necklaces we bought were fantastic! However we would have given a 5 star rating if the chains had been a few inches longer. We still love them!

Very quick processing and delivery. A great value to give as gifts to those that have recently accepted Jesus as their personal savior.
