I think you need a fair amount of this for good flavor, more than the recommended amount. As least, that's the case for me. A bit expensive so I'm trying to decide if I'll purchase it again. I am enjoying though.

I have been searching for a coffee creamer that does something aside from lightening my coffee. I wanted something that does some good and does not add empty fat and calories. This Laird Superfood Creamer is a winner!

Have tried the performance mushroom mix with coffee and tea and find a little bit goes along way, and that the mix settles to the bottom of my mug fairly quickly. Good earthy flavor, but the settling isn't ideal. This is worse with the Cacao superfood creamer, but that is just off one try, thus far, just to say initial impression was not resounding.

I have really enjoyed my creamer and coconut sugar and have used it daily since it arrived. I will definitely be ordering more. Cannot wait to try my coffee!

By using Laird Superfood instead of 1/2 & 12 or cream in my morning
6:30 am and again about 7, ... I still have my egg for breakfast, BUT
I DO NOT start feeling hungry by noon, so I am happy with a 1/2
(splitting) a salad with a co-worker or using a doggie bag to take
home 1/2 of sandwich... This simple change has helped me lose
about a pound a week. Doesn't sound like much, but 12 weeks ago
