I ordered the wrong size by accident (there's a buy it now button right under that product). Absolutely my mistake for not checking the size in the drop down, I thought I'd clicked the correct size. I emailed the company within 90 seconds I'd say to ask them to cancel the item as there's no other way to contact them, and no option to cancel other than email.

Imagine my (lack of) surprise when they didn't respond to my email until right after they'd sent the "dispatched" email, which was over two hours later. Don't worry, I can return the item with the instructions enclosed they told me. Except, they charge £3.50 for returns! Which they deduct from the refund amount.

If you're going to charge for returns then have a better system to cancel items ordered.

Excellent choice and service. The items that I ordered were delivered well packaged and on time. The advantage of free shipping was a bonus. Would recommend and use again in the future

They are exactly what I wanted for gardening and taking out the wheelie bins.

Bit disappointing to pay £100 for wellies and not even get a shoe box. The wellies were wet through the wrapping when I opened them. They were delivered on one of the days we had torrential rain.

Good wellies though, my mum is on her second pair
