My order has eventually arrived. The seller could have helped by saying it would be a pack of two 500ml bottles and not a 1litre bottle which is not a size it is sold in. Confusing to be told it had gone to Leamington Spa and then Southampton. I was notified it would arrive by 26th September originally but it did not arrive at our sorting depot until the early hours of today, the 30th when Royal Mail sent me a delivery notification and promptly delivered it. Royal Mail are an excellent courier service so I do not think that they were in any way to blame. The package arrived in excellent condition and will be greatly appreciated by my dog who has a serious ear problem and is waiting to go to Langford veterinary hospital. The salmon oil helps greatly when giving him medicine and has improved his coat and joints

Really poor Lakeland your forgetting the little man ! Asking us to order from your trade site when it’s cheaper to go through the normal website.. minim orders are too high and you are charged postage via the trade account ? Where is the looking after local part here .. you are ripping us off
