Do not use unless you enjoy stress and getting ripped off
Awful, awful experience. My parents sold their boat through this company and were mucked around, flat out lied to and sadly ended up considerably out of pocket.
Customer service was non-existent, constantly saying they would call and then didn't, or send paperwork and had to be chased 4 or 5 times. My parents were initially told they had buyers lined up and the sale would take less than a month - it ended up taking over three months and at a price much lower than what the sales person initially said they should expect.
The salesperson had the nerve to then ask for a bottle of wine after achieving a lot less in price and taking way longer than promised. You couldn't make it up.
Please, please avoid. You deserve better.
