We have recently had a flood door installed, with excellent service from start to finish. We received prompt responses to emails and the whole process was very smooth and well communicated. The installation had a slight hiccup, which was quickly resolved by our fitters, and the finished door is gorgeous and very substantial. The whole Lakeside team were professional, patient and understanding, and I felt very reassured by them.

Not only was Lakeside quote the cheapest out of the 6 quotes I received but also the only company to respond to my questions within minutes of me emailing and asking, penny was a great help and very understanding.

I ordered the barriers Friday, they have been fitted already by two chaps from sunny wales, now I await the heavy downpours without the worry and the constant checking of rainfall radars.

Brilliant from start to finish.
My initial email regarding domestic flood products was replied to very quickly. Within a few days, a survey had been completed and a deposit paid. The installation was booked in within a few weeks and was then re-arranged to an even earlier date. The 2 man team were friendly and knew exactly what they were doing. Installation was done with minimal fuss and all rubbish tidied and taken away with them. The flood gates are very robust and cleverly designed. NRV fitting and all other work was also completed to a high standard. Just what I needed and exceeded expectations.

LFS have recently installed a new flood barrier at my property. The cost was economic (compared to other quotes received), the barrier itself is well designed and, I am sure, will be effective. The installers were polite and hard working and completed the job quickly and professionally. Overall I am exceedingly satisfied.

I have been looking for a solution to help stop our sailing charity site from regularly flooding during the winter high tides. The team from lakeside visited the site, made some very helpful suggestions around the pre work that would need to be completed before the flood barrier could be installed and came up with a competitive price.
Installation needed to be pushed back a couple of times due to issues at our end, and Penny and Lucas were happy to accommodate the changes.
We are very happy with the installation of the barrier and it certainly looks like it will significantly reduce the amount of flooding that our site suffers from.
Highly recommended.

the whole process was a pleasure - the admin team really understand the business, the measuring team were efficient and the fitters were really professional, even when the sky opened and it rained biblically! I was kept updated throughout and the quality of the doors is extraordinary - luckily, I haven’t had to test them in terms of any further flooding but I do sleep better at night knowing they are fitted - highly recommended

Excllant service all round. The only problem was use of silicone sealer between the barriers and the brickwork. The sealer wasn't used sparingly and consequenltly left an unsightly visible mess which is not easily cleaned off.

Never had any problems with Lakeside if there were anything I needed to know, I emailed whichever young lady in their offices it concerned and they would sort it out right away, very pleasant and friendly people to deal with and I can highly recommend Lakeside Flood Solutions.

The only reason this is not 5 stars is that we had to wait a long time as our installation date kept being put back. This may be unusual and a result of covid delays.
However in all other respects we were very pleased with the workmanship of the men who turned up. In each case they rang us and arrived early. They got on with the job quickly but took time to consult us and show us how everything worked. Considering how far away we live we were impressed with the service.

Emma, Neil & Ashley are three VERY committed, dedicated professionals who have single handedly changed the course of my life! The mental stress that has now been eroded, through all there hard work this week, for me is incalculable. Ive honestly been astonished on how diligent Lakeside Flood Solutions have been & how much they do really care. The compassion & hand of friendship that have been extended to me, leaves me close to tears. No more do I have to sleep with one eye open following the usual bad weather forecast, no more do I have to sleep with one ear open, is that a neighbour trying to gain my attention at my front door as the water levels have risen again & flooding is imminent!! Your an amazing company who employ the above individuals who really do make a difference in the world........ THANKYOU x

We have just had a Lakeside roller door fitted to our garage and I wanted to leave a really positive review for Lakeside, the door that they fitted and also for the installer Jamie. I contacted Lakeside as we had been having serios problems with our old garage door. Lakeside sent a surveyor out within a few days. The surveyor measured the space for the new door and explained what our options were. We chose a white roller door to match in with the house decor. Nicole contacted us with a very reasonable quote and a few days later, Jamie arrived to fit our new door. There was no mess, Jamie took just a few hours to remove the old door (which he kindly took away) and fit the new roller door. We are absolutely delighted with the new door and would recommend anyone thinking of fitting a new door to seriously consider Lakeside. They are nothing short of brilliant. Well done to the Lakeside team and many thanks from Ed and Ann.
