I would like the chance to buy only individual products rather than all of them. I only want the powder cleaner to scrub the shower - I don't need more of the spray, the towel etc as I already have these. Why doesn't AllClear allow customers to buy only one product separately? It's a bit of a con. At this rate, each time I want the powder cleaner, I'll end up having too much of the fibre cloth, spray etc.

When we first had our new shower unit installed in our ensuite 5 years ago I purchased one of the kits from Lakes to 'maintain' the shower screen in pristine condition - which I've done with the help of the kit but now needed to replenish the spray. This keeps the screen 'cleaner' than normal for up to 6 months.

Brilliantly efficient. Gave me very helpful advice over the phone as to what I needed to buy. I then placed my order mid afternoon and it was sent out the same day.

Absolutely no communication, placed order, they took payment but no confirmation email or any follow up email, nor anything about delivery at all. Very poor, I suppose it will just turn up !... hopefully...if not there will be a part 2 to this review.
Not withstanding the fact the bath seal I'm replacing lasted 4 months before the sweeper strip failed and peeled away, leaving no waterproofing at the bottom.
I have replaced this 3 times now, first lasted 6 years, second didn't last 6 months...so not holding much hope out for the next one.
I have also noticed other people having issues with quality, the chrome brace bar on my bath shower screen lasted 6 months before rust pitting appeared, they replaced with a new one, but that did the same. I've just put up with it, but now it very noticeable. Other chrome trimmings in the bathroom are still in good order, but this has not withstood normal usage, all the items were fitted at the same time, as we had a complete refurbishment of the bathroom, so more than fair to compare.
The screen will be replaced soon and due to these issues I personally will not consider this companies products again.

Helpful and knowledgable staff when calling for advice. Excellent delivery and good product even though bit more expensive but there is a difference between this and the non OEM.

Ordered spare parts and they came very quickly. Lady who took order was very knowledgeable about products. Very good service

item delivered promptly but unfortunately delivery driver left it at the wrong house where it laid for about four days as it is a holiday place. eventually found a bit battered and wet but contents ok. village has had this problem quite often as the knuckle dragger cannot read house names which are prominently displayed

Heard nothing since confirmation of order & payment but still not received item or given any idea of when I will.

Have not received my order yet so I cannot give a good review

Had an issue with my lakes shower screen after 1.5 years of trouble free showering.
Spoke to Craig at customer services, lovely chap, he arranged an engineers visit 2 days later. He came today and fixed it!
Can’t argue with that service. Absolute quality. Can’t thank you enough. Highly recommended.

No attempt to deliver by DHL and then no response to email request for updates and still got my money - not happy

Easy to order and prompt delivery. Products does what described.

I was impressed by 'LAKES' rapid response to the product I ordered which arrived as arranged. Unfortunately the purchase was not what I expected but 'LAKES' were most helpful and understanding and quickly arrange the return of the Item.
