Product excellent but there is no customer service awareness, it is shockingly poor. It isn’t a language barrier or lost in translation, it’s just simply poor. Lack of response, lack of responsibility, thoughtless responses if you actually get a response, no consideration to you being a good spender. Packaging is shocking, tubs rattling in no packaging, opened, damaged, and no apologies or replacing your whole order when you can clearly see items damaged - 2 items were presents, I couldn’t give them I had to buy something else. Lack of interest, thought and care. SUCH a shame as the product is excellent. I’ve not visited a store, always online. I have cut my ordering right down and not ordered now for a little while and not in a rush to order.

My husband and I visited the store in Canary Wharf two weeks ago, and we would like to share that we received the best customer service we’ve ever experienced — all thanks to Mr. Alessandro Procida.

He was not only a kind and approachable gentleman who kindly guided us to another important store within the shopping centre using the maps, but he also proved to be an excellent salesman. He presented the chocolate products so beautifully and knowledgeably that we ended up purchasing 7 jars as gifts for our family and friends back in Yorkshire.

Now the entire family adores this chocolate — and it's all thanks to Mr. Procida’s outstanding customer care and sales expertise. His warm rapport, engaging presentation, and genuine enthusiasm made this experience unforgettable. Never before have we bought even close to 7 jars of chocolate!

We’ve already promised to return to London for Christmas, and we sincerely hope to find Mr. Procida at the store again. We’ll be returning for more of this delicious chocolate — and we only want to buy it from him.

We recently visited Canary Wharf and stopped by Laknish by Bulow, where we had the pleasure of trying some of their sweets. We were introduced to the products by Marija, who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She answered all our questions with genuine enthusiasm and expertise. Not only was she professional, but she was also incredibly friendly and welcoming. We were truly impressed by her excellent customer service—so positive, polite, and attentive. We will definitely be returning to buy more sweets.

Dreadful customer service. Like other reviewers I sent a 'where are my items' email and didn't get a reply for over a week. When the reply came it appeared it was my fault - they said they were '.......sorry that you didn't notice.........'. They didn't apologise per se - just blamed me. And there is a apelling error on their website which I have alerted them to but it remains. Shame as the product is great.

Recently bought an advent calender to taste the product
Loved the calender and the product so much so I went on line and spent £60 on different flavours
They arrived in a lovely box and with out a hitch

New fav treat and company to deal with

Ordered several products nearly a month ago. Got no response to my emails or fb messages. Only when I wrote a review on Trust Pilot did they finally respond to tell me my order was lost and i was refunded. No apology or anything. I ordered these gifts a month ago and it's now a few days before Christmas. Thanks a lot Lakrids for nothing. Utterly appalling. FYI my order number is 600012935 This is NOT a luxury product company.

I can't believe there aren't more reviews for these. It is like a secret club or something. Well it's all delicious and it's doing my bank balance no favours whatsoever. They're very moreish and you kind of find yourself wanting to try them all. Trying them all is not advisable, because them you just want them all. I signed up for the tasting list thing a couple of years ago, where it said you might, possibly, if you were lucky, at some point in the next two hundred years, get offered free samples of new flavours, but so far I've had no luck. I felt like it was worth it just for the slim chance though. I see you can now go on a tour of their factory. That would be one for the wish list.
