Really poor service at Layl Books. Avoid at all costs! The system did not allow me to place an order with my child’s correct spelling which included one letter being uppercase. So I placed the order and messaged through the contact form straight away explaining the system restriction and if his name could be spelt correctly. I got no reply so I found them on instagram and messaged - again silence. So I then started posting on a few comments on their posts (which have since been deleted) and I finally got a response saying no it can’t be changed as it goes straight to the printers. The delivery lead time is 4 working days. I placed the order on a weekend. I asked if they could contact the printers and edit the file before printing, it’s literally just a case of changing one letter to being uppercase, the minimal of efforts but the greatest of impact. The poor system, the even poorer customer service and the lack of flexibility is just awful considering how much I spent. This is lacking in Islamic morals and I will never ever purchase from them again. Please d

Ordered a customised book for my nephew. It was supposed to arrive a week ago, and I was supposed to give it to him for his birthday. I've tried to contact them, but no reply. I've ordered two books, one came on time. Why are our muslim companies always so unprofessional. They easily charge more then their non muslim competitors but deliver below par services.

We got 3 personalized books from my Lala Books a few weeks ago. The stories are engaging and my kids loved their characters. The best part is each book connects the kids to a lesson from the Quran.

The process to personalize the book and choose a character was so easy and intuitive and there was a good choice of avatars. Due to an oversight on my part I had to reach out to customer service and the support was outstanding. I can't wait for my little one to receive this special gift!

Fast delivery. High quality of product.

Really poor customer service, an error was made on their website and they charged me three times for one book. I was advised I will be receiving my refund and still have not received my money back. Have made numerous contact with that back they are just ignoring me. The lack of response or shall I say no response shows how unprofessional they are and with their website not working properly and taking peoples money, this organisation just seems like a scam. Avoid Avoid Avoid!!

Invoice should probably reflect that it does take more than 3-5 days to ship (if internationally) I felt a little misled from the shipping fee description just because it said as quickly as possible but international shipping and volume of orders always varies

My son, 8 months old, loved these books. We have got 'Isa saves eid' and 'Happy birthday'. He is fond of story books that has pictures usually so these ones was new addition to his list.
I appreciated the fact that the main character can be customised with name and avatar. More options in avatar can be considered by the team in future.

Prompt delivery and it is such a good present to give for all occasions to children.

Wow, my wife and I love the book quality, and the delivery was pretty fast. We’re in the US, and this came from the UK within a week. We got one for our daughter and nephew. We will definitely get the other books in the near future.

Easy to order and great Eid gift idea for children. The quality is great and the words are easy for children to understand with the stories being enjoyable and easy to follow. The pictures are also a bonus as my kids love a nicely illustrated book. The lessons within the book are a great way to introduce children to Prophetic stories.

The process of ordering was so simple and clearly set out on the website. The delivery of the book was your quick too. My little one absolutely adores her book. One recommendation I would give is to personalise the book with the child’s face rather than a cartoon character.
