Nach Bestellung keine Lieferung. Nach Rückfrage erhalte ich falsche Tracking-Codes um mich hinzuhalten. Nach Stornierung (inkl. Bestätigung durch Lalee.Avenue) erfolgt dennoch keine Rückbuchung des Geldes..und auch keine Antwort mehr auf E-Mails.
Ich bin überzeugt, dass das Unternehmen diese Ware selbst nicht besitzt. Die Firmenadresse ist zwielichtig bzw. wahrscheinlich nicht mehr als ein Briefkasten (siehe Google-Maps/Street-View).
Ich versuche nun das Geld über die Bank (Umsatzreklamation) zurück zu bekommen, andernfalls geht es zum Anwalt.
1,5 Monate und viel Ärger für nichts. Mal sehen wie lange sich das noch zieht.
