I purchased 2 shabby chic wardrobes for two of our business addresses.
I’d looked all over for something like this.. I offered and deposit then collection once a little bit of work was completed on one of the wardrobes, however, she wanted all cash upfront. To be very honest I didn’t even think.. lovely shop and people, and with the current global situation I genuinely thought times must be difficult so paid and left… weeks and months go by with no contact as promised, so I drive over to see the shop and it’s shut! Closed down! I’d been had… after reading these reviews it made me so annoyed! I do hope they karma comes around, because it sounds like they’ve done this to many people.

Poor customer service. Poor quality. Poor communication. There are other wonderful shops to choose from. Go there instead.

I ordered a monks bench to be made in October 2019 and paid £200 deposit. Still not had the item end February 2021. Tried to get a refund, but can't get in touch by email or telephone. Looks like we have lost our £200 deposit as well as others. Be very careful . Many trails of emails. A final email today at least an email from Anthony who apologised today 27/2/21 did work for them a year ago said he'd forward my email. Jackie and Lee the owners both have not responded or were misleading when they did email to say it was nearly ready Dec 2019 ..... trading Standards letter sent... Still no response. Oh dear 🤦‍♀️

Ordered a kitchen unit in September 2019 it is now July 2020 haven’t received it after endless calls and emails.Went to the shop from Nottingham ,but was closed.Communication is nil.No unit and no refund either Beware.

Delighted with my handmade order. Better than I expcted

Unless you can pick an item up in the shop dont bother we waited for about 5 months for an item of furniture that was supposed to take 6 to 8 weeks and even had to wait another 3 weeks for the handles and pay close attention to the quality of work it's not good

Great service with first part of order waited nearly 5months for second part delaying our house decorating
