I won 200 euros, but they're refusing to let me make a withdrawal. Every time you try, they will cancel the withdrawal and say that you should try another method. I tried every method and it keeps getting canceled.
Customer service says I should try it with another bank account, but I have to do a deposit with that bank account first before I can use it for withdrawals. I'm sure they will cancel those withdrawals too, so that I keep trying and keep spending money on trying to get my money.
UPDATE:
Customer service told me again they could not do anything for me. So it seems again that in the end the casino always wins... All my winnings gone
