I bought my New Urus from Lamborghini Edinburgh and received it last week the service from start to finish was excellent the manager Andy and sales staff were amazing , well done guys I will be back

purchased a Lamborghini Huracan from Lamborghini Edinburgh expecting the level of transparency, professionalism and customer care associated with the Lamborghini brand.
Unfortunately, after purchase, I later discovered the vehicle had a significantly higher ownership history than expected along with previous export/re-import history — matters which materially affect desirability and resale value in the prestige vehicle market. This information was never proactively disclosed during the sales process.
What has been most disappointing is not only the situation itself, but the lack of meaningful communication and resolution afterwards. Despite raising the matter formally and attempting to resolve it professionally, I have still not received the level of customer support I would expect from an authorised Lamborghini dealership.
When customers purchase high-value prestige vehicles from a main dealer, they do so with trust and confidence in the brand and dealership standards. Sadly, my experience has fallen far below those expectations.
I hope Lamborghini Edinburgh and Lamborghini head office will now work towards resolving this matter properly and restoring confidence in the brand.
Really impressed with the level of care and attention to detail for the service manager Chris Scott. If only every car dealer treated there customers in this fashion. You are a credit to your company Chris.
