My order arrived today. I was highly impressed with the quality of the packaging and the look and feel of the product - although not used yet. The customer service was also very helpful and prompt to reply.

I was going to give 4 stars as the delivery was a bit late but decided a. I am impatient and b. they can offer cheaper prices due to being more of a D2C brand. But if they could speed up to delivery (I am in the UK) it would encourage me to use again. Although I probably will anyway.

Great brand, never regret about its products

I was very excited for my order. However after 48 hours there is no sign of shipping yet. On top of that before shipping, few items went out of stock about which they reached out to me after about 24 hours of the order being placed.

I responded that please ship asap without out-of-stock items and I haven’t heard back. The whole reason to order from them instead of a competitor was for the “express shipping” they promised.

And my order isn’t cheap either; it’s close to $400.

I was also considering ordering their carbon fiber shoes but after this experience I am having second thoughts.

Really happy with my LAMEDA purchase! The long-sleeve jersey feels great, with good quality and comfort, and the bib shorts are amazing! 😍 The Asian sizing is spot on for me and gives a great fit. Excellent value for money, and I’m definitely happy with my purchase. Highly recommended for fellow cyclists!

Really happy that I stumbled on this cycling kit brand! The fabric material, chamois, fit and styles are all amazing. I have tried 3 different bibshorts, a fall jacket, and 5 jerseys and all have failed to disappoint. Best of all, it is affordable for the average cyclist! Will continue to purchase your products!

The fit is great and value is peak. After the first set of bib short and jersey, I purchase 2 more bibs and jerseys. I used to buy expensive Italian brand exclusively, for fit and quality. Now I've switched over.

Excellent quality. But, even more impressive customer service: I got the wrong size, based on the recommendations.ofnthe chart. But worry not: Discussed it with customer services and a new item was sent. Great skinsuit: hugging, aero, yet functional.

Great price, reasonably fast shipping, but the quality could use some improvement.

I love lameda. So efficient. Although items takes awhile to reached. But understandable cause its not a neighbouring country. Love the product and love the service. And PRICE!
