An insurer that fails when you need them most

An insurer that delays, deflects, and disappears

La Médicale Generali claims to support and protect healthcare professionals. But in reality, it fails to take responsibility—even in the simplest and most clear-cut cases.

A claim of €219, related to a documented and acknowledged medical error, has been pending since July 2024. It is now March 2025, and nothing has been settled. The mistake was recognized, all documents were submitted, yet no compensation has been paid.

Worse still, whenever a clear answer is requested, the claims handler suddenly goes "on leave." One might think this is a bad joke—if the consequences weren’t so serious.

This kind of behavior reflects a serious lack of transparency, a disregard for policyholders, and a clear attempt to delay and wear them down. It is unworthy of an insurer that is supposed to be there during difficult times, when trust and support are essential.

Healthcare professionals relying on La Médicale Generali should think twice. When real help is needed, this company turns into a wall of silence.
