The baby lambskin wool rug I purchased for my newborn baby is tanned in China. I was under the impression that it was made in New Zealand but I was unfortunately wrong. They didn't reply to my email complaint until I had to write a second time. Overwhelmed company as I see it.

The baby lambskin you purchased is made from 100% genuine New Zealand sheepskin, which is also clearly certified under OEKO-TEX® – ensuring that it is safe, natural, and free from harmful substances.
The tanning process itself takes place in China, which is standard industry practice, as some of the world’s most advanced tanning facilities are located there. What matters most is how it’s done – and in our case, it’s according to the strictest international safety and environmental standards.

I bought a hot water bag and a small carpet. Both have very high quality. I received the delivery 20 days after my order; I wish it could be sooner. But I am happy with the product!
