Love the shoes and they were delivered fast too. Only problem is one of the buckles digs in my ankle its only ever on one shoe. Apart from that there is no problem. And they were a very good price.

Ordered a size UK 7 black boots and they sent me a size 5,spoke to someone about it on chat group and they said if I send them back and i have proof of receipt they would refund me the £12.75 back as it wasn't my fault that the wrong boots got sent out,also emailed LAMODA numerous times and they said they couldn't refund me the £12.75 back so I wasn't a very happy customer I could of kept the boots and sold them on and not had to pay the £12.75 so this is why I've only scored them a 1 star,so no boots that I wanted and had to pay to send back. Won't be ordering from them again

Mediocre shoes
Shoes reasonably made sizing variable. I ordered three pairs not knowing until I made the order and payed that it was a pre-order. Customer service staff were great and answered my queries quickly, however due to low stock levels I was only able to receive two of the pairs that were ordered.
One was a great fit and very comfy the other did not fit at all and I was unable to return and get a refund due to them being on sale and it would have cost me more return the items.
I don’t think I would buy from them again due to the uncertainty of the products, which is a shame due to the great designs they have.

Scam company and CLEARLY scam reviews too.
Will update if this is sorted, but my order is 0122678 and it was never delivered TO ME. Evri delivered a parcel, but strangely, to my PORCH (I live in a block of flats, so that basically means THE STREET!) the photo of delivery, is it on the STREET!
And the company won't refund me, for over £50 that was "left on the street". For all I know, it's probably an empty box and they put delivery instructions to "leave outside building, don't deliver to me" to make it look like they had sent something, that was probably an empty cardboard box.
Again, Evri said they left something on a porch (street) I live on the FOURTH FLOOR, so this porch was on the street where 60 other residents are. They never leave things there, so I assume this is a scam company sending out empty boxes with special instructions to "leave on street". DO NOT USE

Super comfy and good soft material, size fits well and i can even run in these. I ordered a size up to wear them with socks in winter but if you're looking for a regular fit it's not necessary.

I love my LaModa boots! They're comfy and stylish, and there's a look for every mood I swear. I often struggle to find boots that aren't too wide on my feet or calves and these fit great! bunch of liars...
ordered 9pm on friday as per their shipping policy of sending items out the same day if ordered before 3pm mon - thurs or the next working day if ordered on weekends and friday i knew it wouldn't be shipped out till maybe monday if not tuesday, its now tuesday and still i have had nothing shipped no tracking no anything i needed these boots for an event and now it wont come on time since my order and money has clearly been neglected since i realised this before 3pm today on this tuesday i was like okay lemme order again and it should be shipped today n will arrive hopefully soon i ordered way before 3pm and still now i haven't had any information regarding it being shipped or etc any other company i wouldnt mind but it literally says in their own shipping policy they would ship out orders same day if ordered before 3pm gmt or next business day if ordered after or on the weekend i am truly being fobbed off and my £160 is being played with i am so UNHAPPY never ordering here again n if these orders even turn up il be returning them back straight away since this company is clearly incompetent
and now upon returning the shoes to LAMODA DOT COM since they are trying to claim my review was fake i purchased Communication Breakdown Chunky Platform Ankle Boots & Heartless Chunky Platform Boots
Upon returning nearly 2 weeks ago now and tracking showed it was delivered 18th sept there has been no information of a return or anything it's ridiculous how i have to chase these people to do their own job id just avoid them in the future its not worth the hard earn money wasted nor the stress
