Not true to size. The next day express delivery is a scam, I've ordered 4 pairs of shoes and none of them came remotely on time. Soles have come off of the bottoms of shoes after a few wears. Promises to send a new pair(s) but never receiving them. It's ridiculous.

The shoes are so comfortable and the sizing is great! I’m a tall gal with larger calves/thighs and they fit amazingly! Would deffo recommend!

Bad Gurl Platform Knee high boots

I absolutely adore these boots. It was my first purchase from La Moda and I have to say, I’ll definitely be a return customer. The boots are super comfortable! I wore them for 6hrs straight and had no problems. Not to mention, I looked amazing.

If you’re looking for a platform high knee boot you need to get these shoes from lamoda. I’ve been wearing my Slick Nicks for almost 2 years and they have yet to let me down. I can run around the streets in the city, stand for hours doing photoshoots, and dance all night in the club in these boots. The thing is they have yet to hurt my feet once. Most shoes I get to look cute leave my feet crying, but I have never had that problem. Also for context I wear these boots a minimum of 3 times a week every week and they’re still holding up just like the beginning! I would highly recommend!

I’ve bought several pairs of shoes from La Moda and have yet to be disappointed. I’m a true women’s size 7.5 and usually size up to an 8 without issue so far. Usually when you find cool shoes, especially platforms you end up sacrificing comfort for an aesthetically pleasing look. I’ve found with La Moda that I get to have both a cool shoe and comfort so that’s a win for me!

Shipping happens within the time frame listed and shoes look visually appeal as they are marketed, but if you're a buyer outside of the UK returns and exchanges you should be aware that there are no international exchanges, international returns are to be covered by the buyer, and I'd say their shoes run small, so if you have your heart set on a shoe and are planning to buy from them I'd only purchase if they have a size up. I wear a size 10, I ordered 2 pairs and couldn't zip either past my ankle.

I bought the My Hero Platform Ankle Boots, and they are my go to boots. Shipping arrived quickly, the boots are amazing quality and extremely comfy. Highly recommend.

Not true to size/impossible to return:

I bought wide calf boots that do not fit so I tried to return them. I reached out the day after they arrive but still no update on my return request. They have 14 day return policy but have yet to help me. It was very obvious it was a scam after I started the return process because no information was provided on the website (like the return form/return address). You work hard for your money, dont waste it on these scammers!!!!

I recently purchased a pair of Lamoda platform shoes called “Adore You Extreme Platform Ankle Boots” in white and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I wore them to an anime convention as part of a cosplay and they were incredibly comfortable. I will be buying more in the future. Trust me, you won't be able to resist their adorable appeal!

SCAM
So last year I bought some boots in April that didn’t arrive until October. It was a preorder that ended up being MONTHS late. They weren’t even contacting me to update them, and it was me that contacted them as the date kept getting pushed further and further. Finally they sent me an email that they are so sorry for the delays and “sincerely apologised” for compensation gave me a 30% off code. The catch? All discounts are deactivated when there is a sale. The other catch? There’s literally always a sale. So haven’t been able to use the code even when I choose items that aren’t discounted. Absolutely crazy that they gave me a code as COMPENSATION but it is impossible to use, ever! This isn’t a throw away code??- it’s meant to be a code to be used as way of an apology. Can’t believe I’ve been scammed with the shoes AND with a discount code.

I can sadly only agree with the bad reviews. I even gave them a second chance after the first time in September my order was sent weeks later (with next day delivery) and then lost by Evri and they refused a refund until January this year, after A LOT of hassle and me slating them on social media. Now the same thing happens again. Shoes should have arrived days ago but haven't even been sent, no updates, emails being ignored. At least this time I was smarter and used a payment method that's protected. It's such a shame because their shoes are looking so nice . If you wanna risk it, make sure to use Paypal or Klarna as it protects your purchase!
