I ordered a wall light with a glass lampshade. Unfortunately, it was so badly packaged and the shade was so thin, that there was no way it could have arrived undamaged. The customer service are quite good at getting back to you but only offer 30-50% refund. I have a feeling this company this is a bit of a scam; send out a poor product and make it impossible to get your money back. I have a feeling the returns address is in China so I won't be able to send it back and will end up 50% out of pocket. Their business model is a refund scam.

I wish I could upload pictures as this would really show how completely and utterly the light that arrived differed from the light advertised.
Every single structural element/material used was different.
They tried to fob me off with discounts, wanting to send me individual parts so I could build the light myself, to the point they suggested I dismantle the woven rattan and reweave it myself.
I've had a back and forth with the customer care center to try and resolve this and at every stage I asked for a refund.
I have final brought it to PayPal for resolution.
I will not be using this company again and suggest you don't either.
