The item was good and the order arrived. However I deduct 1 star because the communications and notifications could have been a bit clearer. It wasn't clear my order was split into two packages, so when the first one arrived with only half the items, and before the second package was shipped it was confusing. Also the chatbot wasn't at all useful. Nevertheless, I'm happy with my purchase. Thank you.
