The product itself is great
The product itself is great, but the packaging was severely damaged, and it took 20 days to arrive. The delivery experience was disappointing, considering the lengthy wait and poor condition of the package upon arrival. Improvements in shipping time and packaging quality are needed for a better overall experience.
