Not assuming responsibility for timely delivery after lamp cost paid
The lamps seem to have a nice design,so I ordered and paid on 30th March with the promise that the first lamp will be delivered in 3-7 days. After 2 weeks I inquired about the lamp (email customer service), I eventually got an answer asking me to fill in some form addresed to DPD (In English, I am Romanian) which had to be printed, signed , sent back scanned copy...that I have not received the parcel, as if i was lying about it. DPD tracking was not working. As a person I have no legal binding with DPD, the seller should take the responsibility of delivery and ASK FOR DELIVERY CONFIRMATION from the couriers with which THEY HAVE A CONTRACT WITH. or mention that the customer should take the responsibility for transportation and therefore not pay for it/ decide if they want to proceed with the order. No escuse for late delivery, one should assume the lamp is needed as ordered. No escuse for considering the customer a layer ...mentioning however that the parcel is considered lost and putting the responsibility on the customer...who only paid for it and got nothing. Customer service phone NOT AVAILABLE, e-mail customer response adding more stress to the customer, PROBLEM NOT SOLVED. MONEY PAID, NO LAMP DELIVERY! What are you going to do about this?
