Horrible experience! €500 order. False shipping information. Take months to pack even on available items.
I made an order of more than €500, some chandeliers from them on Aug 31st(all in stock) The delivery date was 12-14th September. Order no. LPNL635421
I had renovations going on at my place and I needed the order by 16th. However, nothing from them till 14th September.
I wrote to them on 14th and they say, the order is still getting packed (they have taken 15 days to just pack it). And they don't know when will it be shipped.
I tell them to cancel the order since they've still not shipped it or packed it and I bought other stuff from somewhere else for faster delivery.
However they refuse to cancel the order. And they stopped replying to my emails.
And now on Sept 22, 11pm they tell me, the order has been shipped after I've told them multiple times to cancel it and refund my money. No response on the cancellation requests.
Save yourself and avoid them. Never buying anything from them again!
The order has arrived after a month. 15 days too late. I haven't seen it yet because it's in the other house which is under construction. But it's no use to me because it is so late and they lied about delivery and did not cancel the order. What a waste of time and money and energy!
Never ever buying from them again.

We are very happy with the products we purchased from Lampen24. As we bought a ceiling lamp for our bedroom and another one for our living room in addition of a standing one. All of them are working perfectly fine. And we are planing to buy new lamps one we finish some renovation works. Unfortunately, two of the painting lamps that we bought were not useful for us and because the return date has expired we couldn't return them. But the overall experience with Lampen24 is very good

Ordered lights for our new place
I ordered lights here for our kitchen, eating table and living room. We bought worth €662 worth of light. Normally it will cost us €700 but we received a discount. Everything arrived and fortunately nothing is damaged. I ordered here also all the lightbulbs and it is all complete. We are contented with everything. Customer service also replies fast.

Lamp24 delivered an incomplete product and did not take accountability.
Lamp24 delivered an incomplete product and refused to make it whole or provide a refund. The lack of flexibility, accountability, and customer care after multiple interactions is disappointing. I would not trust Lamp24 with further lighting fixtures as a result of this experience.

The full process was very smooth
The full process was very smooth, descriptions of the products are complete, and shipping and information during this one was correct.
The only negative aspect was that they charged extra for a big package that I did not find very fair.
