Awful customer service

Awful customer service, I ordered a lamp that arrived broken, so I sent photos all within half an hour of it arriving at my house. However they took a long time to reply, and when you phone you are only told to email. Eventually, they arranged for me to send it back, however, they chose the slowest delivery back to them, and they won't send a replacement until they get the broken lamp back, it seems silly to wait for their slow delivery and they just don't care, and I'm sure they will reply saying "it is our policy" regardless if it's their policy its a bad policy, I can't do anything about the delivery time why should I have to wait for slow cheep delivery to them for them to send a replacement.

Just a poor show.
