Good but could be better
Ordering was straightforward and the goods were sent off quickly. All very positive.
the only negative thing was the delivery, but if you use DPD, then what do you expect? The delivery man did not ring because someone was in but told a neighbour he had and gave the packet to her.
For 5 stars, please use another courier!

Perfect sales policy
It was very easy to deal with the company Lampenwelt: I knew exactly what I wanted as they have a big display where you can choose which lamp you want. The purchasing procedure was quick and I received the lamp about a week after which was perfect for me.

2 orders: one wrong, one broken
I ordered a 3 lamps, 1 lamp that came was a completely different one vs what I ordered.
I needed it quite fast so, after advice from the customer service, I ordered another same lamp so it can come quickly.
When the lamp came, it was bent and broken - clearly wrongly packaged and not sufficiently protected

Once I chose the lamp (your selection is enormous), the ordering process was easy and fast. It was shipped by the next day and delivered ahead of ETA. I've used Lampenwelt several times during our home remodeling and have recommended you to others.
One suggestion: it would be more efficient for searching if you showed all the color variations (where appropriate) of a single lamp design, rather than scattering them randomly in the search pages.

Thank you for the fast service/delivery of my new outside lamps.
Everything arrived intact but 1 light bulb that had burst out of it's box and shattered in the main box.
Maybe next time a little scrunched up paper would prevent movement within.
