Lamplanet has always been cordial, even when I misunderstood deals and such. They were respectful and always responding in a speedy manner. The products Ive recieved over the years, are of high quality and have always been delivered on time. Those who are dissatisfied with the delivery time on the products from an overseas company are obviously unaware of the amount of inspections packages go through while being exported and recieved by the U.S. and honestly whoever isnt satisfied with Lamplanets actions...must be apart of Frieza's Army!!!!

We mentioned all this when we emailed everyone about the cancellation, our terms indicate that when there's low participation or fraud we reserve the right to cancel the giveaway. We waited till the end to see if that would change but it didn't. Secondly, since you mention publicity, here's what we got from that giveaway promotion.
1. An email server shutdown due to the huge amount of spammy emails submitted.
2. 700 of the 800 leads gathered that were completely fraud/spammy.
3. And we'd have had the cost of producing + shipping the lamps even when it was a lose-lose-lose scenario.
Anyway, I really hope you have a wonderful life and if you ever need anything from us, you know we'll always be there for you. Hit us up, we'll make things right for you whatever the price. <3

I purchased their Naruto Rasengan Lamp…
I purchased their Naruto Rasengan Lamp about a year ago and up until now it’s good as new. :) No flaws when it arrived and I experienced no delays. The lamp was sealed securely in a box that came with a coupon card that you can use on your next purchase. The staff are very helpful as well.

Loved them from day one
Loved them from day one. I bought from Lamplanet with their first Goku lamp model about 3 or 4 years ago. The lamp was easy to assemble and has worked great since I bought it! Definitely recommend

I ordered 2 lamps, the quality is pure garbage. Im not even hating, it is literally ready for trash. Signal receiver broken, figure has scratches all over it, figure cant even stand on the platform, platform was falling apart so i had to glue it together and this pitiful company doesnt take the lamps back.
UPDATE (Answer to Lampplanet's answer):
How dare you assuming me of beeing so mentally disabled, that i cant tell if these are scratches or figure features?
The scratches ARE scratches, the figure is FULL of them, the paint is scrubbed at some points,i have sent you photos back then when i wanted this trash to be refunded.
Oh, wise Lampplanet, i had to put the figure INTO the holes? Thank you Sherlocks, i thought it was gonna stand with some magical power build inside the platform :o
Of course i put it into the holes. It still keeps falling to the left or right.

Funny, as soon as it goes public, they change their mind. You didn't care at all and didn't give me a refund when I reported those issues, why would you now?

Our team does change. Many of the support agents have changed too. Please don't judge us by the past, judge us by the present. Some in the past did lack the empathy we pride ourselves on and were being too close minded with the policies set internally and may have not been flexible enough, so they are no longer with us.

Hey Kiceo, sorry you feel this way. We and 99% disagree with the "garbage" statement, but anyway, everyone has their opinion and we accept it. We're here to help and always will be.
Regarding taking it back, we only do so when it's truly damaged. I can't track your case from here since there's no order data or email to track back to, but based on the mention of "receiver" I assume you have the Rasengan Lamp.
Let me explain.
The "scratches" shouldn't be scratches. Those are the representations of scars, wounds and battle details just like the DBZ and Naruto anime/manga show.
The bottom is made of isolation foam to protect your lamp from heat and electricity that could break the internal circuits. Yes, it's glued on, so that you can access the bottom if anything needs to be fixed in the future so your lamp lasts forever. Sometimes it separates a bit in which case it's illogical to take it back...in these scenarios we advise to glue it back on and done.
Regarding the sensor if it is pushed in due to shipping mistreatment, jus pull it back out (access it from the bottom of the base lifting the foam) to the point where the receiver is again outside where the remote controller's signal can reach it.
If the figure doesn't stand and it's placed into the holes just like we explain in the set up video referred to in the instruction paper included in your package then there's an issue which definitely needs a replacement: https://lamplanet.com/pages/setup

This company is a mess
This company is a mess. I placed two orders in early December and was told it shipped about a week ago; it's now January 19 and neither order has arrived. Even worse, the shipping info they provided hasn't been updated in over a month. Their customer service offers only lame platitudes ("be patient") rather than actual info. Never, never purchase anything from this company.

Don't trust this online webshop
Do not buy anything from this website unless you want to order something that you don't want to have delivered.
I ordered a product off their website and soon after i got the notice that the product 'was not in stock' and might take longer to be delivered. After almost a month still nothing until i suddenly got a tracking number of the package. Unfortunatly two weeks after this there was no movement on the tracking number. After contacting them they told me they were getting close to sending it. One / two weeks after i got the notice that the package left their warehouse. This still took it's time till i got a message from Lamplanet that my package was delivered but i didn't recieve anything. Upon further research i discovered that my package was send to another continent... After this i'm still waiting on a reply from them to fix this.
You will be better off looking special lamps someplace else.

We did have some growing pains in the past in our support department and of course we also have the usual shipping carriers faults (mistreatment, delays and packages lost) like all internet companies do but we've always handled these situations based on our Worry Free Shipping Insurance policy (if it gets damaged or lost we ship a new one) or our Total Satisfaction Guarantee (if you're not 100% happy we make it right or refund).
In any case, sorry for any inconvenience shipping carriers may have caused. We're here to help and always will be.
