I tried to buy Halogen lights
I tried to buy Halogen lights. The products and the site came up when I searched Halogen Lights. But on the site almost ALL halo lights where out of stock. They want to sell LED. Perhaps good in some lamps but not my need. So I did not order, but this site wasted much time.

Thank you for your feed back about our assortment of halogen bulbs. We are sorry that you feel you wasted your time.
Radiant halogen lamps for 230V (without transformer) have been phased out since 1 September 2018 in accordance with the European Union's stricter energy requirements. Unfortunately that is why our assortment is not optimal in this category any longer.
However, we will happily guide you to a solution using LED bulbs instead. Most of the halogen bulbs nowadays can be replaced with the LED bulbs using the same socket. Changing over to using LED will save you in energy cost and the LED bulbs will last 10 times longer than a halogen bulb does, so it will also save you from the frequent replacement of the bulb. Very long waiting time (more than a month) for refund/order cancellation
Bought 2 bulbs, but after couple of days when I called them ask for status they said they had issue and the bulbs were not sent at all. I said i can cancel the order and buy 2 again, and i was suggested by their customer service to place a new order to pay again, then the original order that I already paid they will refund me - latest in 14 DAYS. I’ve now waited more than 30 days and there hasn’t been a refund at all. I emailed, called them couple of times, all i got is either you still need to wait, or they talk to their supervisor and get back to me very soon in email, but still NO FURTHER INFO/COMMUNICATION/EMAIL at all. Would not recommend this company at all.

Unhappy
Long delivery time. Return policy only if bulbs are damaged. The bulbs I ordered (Osram, not low cost) do a very annoyning noise. So I am just unhappy with the products but impossible to send them back without paying. Waste of money. Next time will buy in a store. More expensive but safer.
