the MOST UNETHICAL company there ever is. We are a private label brand who has been buying from Lamson to make our knives - we send the our knife handle designs and for about year, had no issues. Customers love our product. This past year they use COVID as a reason to why products are delayed - they strung us along with promises of manufacturing the product for over 9 months.
A few months ago we visited their outlet store in a feeble attempt to get to chat with them in person - of course they dodged our visit. At the store, I noticed some displays of "NEW" knives - all made from walnut wood. This is our specific design - walnut wood - a line that Lamson has never ever made.
last month we suddenly ALSO noticed some new knife designs on their website that is basically an identical product to our design. and you guessed it, made with Walnut Wood.
We expect this type of unethical behavior with the Chinese, but NEVER with an American company that has been in business for hundreds of years.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. there are plenty of knife manufacturers in Massachusetts that have been in business for almost just as long.
