Worst delivery service and customer service - be aware

The partner logistic company dumped my order - 87"sofa with the packing wooden pieces and everything - at my apartment entrance and refused to deliver to my door. Complained to the customer service but the agent said "White glove delivery service requires a customer to COMMUNICATE with the truck driver" and added "he would report the inconvenience to the partnered company" but provided no further assistance and cut off the chat. HORRIBLE.
