Disgraceful company !!! Just been called a mother f***er on the phone for trying to get my new door fixed that is out of line …. Zero after sales !! Workmen making threats !!! Was told to fix it myself ! Keep collecting your bad reviews , you’ve no respect for your customers! Keep up the bad work , keep up your bad attitudes and keep making threats ! Read all your reviews, I am not alone , this is standard behaviour from yous !!!

We have recently moved into our new home in Preston, the house was extremely cold and drafty. We got several quotes for new windows and doors from local companies and decided to use Lancashire Glass & Glazing. The whole process was stress free and what a wonderful job the fitters have done. They worked so hard and were respectful to our home. The finished job is amazing and the house is literally 10 times warmer and I cannot thank everyone enough…..ignore any negative comments about this company they are as genuine as they come.

Had four panes replaced, very reasonable price, quick turn around and the guys installing were professional and did the job quickly with zero mess.

The guys who came from Lancashire Glass were on time very friendly and very tidy, they cleaned up everything and the standard of the fitting was excellent I would definitely use Lancashire Glass again when needed. Thanks again to the fitters and all at Lancashire Glass.Many thanks Karl....

I had my job done. The work was carried out professionally quickly the workmen was very friendly worked hard to get it done. Cleaned after thay had finished.i would recommend this company. I'm very pleased with my new windows. Thankyou grate job.

We had an old conservatory that was pretty much useless, the team demolished it, took the debris away and constructed a wonderful proper living space in its place.

The whole experience of getting new windows made so easy , i was a bit nervous thinking there was alot to do but from begining to end there was no pressure to get any but at those prices who wouldnt , the windows look and feel amazing , i have recomended the company to everyone ive come across i am so happy with them and the fitters were very polite and did it all very quick definatley worth 5 stars .

From sales to install, LGG have been great to work with. Peter our sales guy was always available for any further questions we had and clear communication when needed. Installers/builders were professional, polite and respectful. I would highly recommend them. We chose LGG due to being an independent company and because they manufacture their own high quality products here in the UK.

Really positive experience using Lancashire Glass and Glazing to have a composite front door and a new uPVC back door.
Peter surveyed and was really clear and transparent, and very responsive to any question I had. Personally for me, within choosing the products to having them fitted only took 4 weeks and the guys who installed were really hard working and really tidy.
Incredibly impressed by the end results and the house is already warmer.
