Ordered some sun lounger cushions. These were of extremely poor quality, so returned the goods. Despite confirmation from the courier that the goods were delivered to Lancashire Textiles, they say they have not received the returned goods, so are refusing to issue a refund, so now they have the goods and my money.

Horrendous frauds. Avoid at all costs

I bought an empire size quilt from this company. When I opened the bag containing the quilt, I started to pull the quilt out of the bag and a rancid smell came out of it. It was so disgusting it made me heave. The quilt was rotten, like an intense musty/rotten egg smell. So, I put the quilt back and asked for a refund on Ebay. They received the quilt back (which I paid £78 for) and claimed I had used it!!!!!! Seriously, I couldn't bear the smell let alone use it and send it back. What an awful thing to accuse me of and when they received it back they would have known it wasn't suitable for use. I have raised my complaint with Ebay but I wanted to let people know how bad their service and products are.

I purchased 2 Extra Large Face Masks from these people because I have a large head.
What a joke! I have to choose to either have my nose or my chin in the mask, they're not big enough to contain both. The elastic is so tight that they pull my ears forward making me look like a wing nut.
Due to the medical nature of face masks I am unable to return them so I dropped them straight into the bin.
Being a pensioner, I can't afford to throw away almost £25 like that. BEWARE!

Bought a draught excluder. Amazing value, very fast delivery and looks exactly as expected. Hope it keeps the house warm!

Me and my wife purchased a 1.5 Tog Goose and Down duvet but when it arrived it was heavy , thick and weight three times as much as our micro fibre 1.5 tog.
Turns out that these are bought in ( not made locally) and furthermore despite calling in and requesting an exchange , they simply part refunded me keeping the postage and failing to pay my return postage despite verbally agreeing to on the phone.
I’m not impressed and so I warn everyone against buying from this company.

Poor Customer Service and Thieves !

One star is over generous. I unfortunately purchased 2 egg box foam mattress toppers. when they were opened they were so brown in the middle they looked horrible, we were convinced they were previously used! The outside edges were white but the company state the discolouration is due to oxidisation were the topper has come into contact with air. Rubbish!! The toppers had obviously been rolled up for some time yet the centre was badly discoloured and the outside which did actually have contact with the air hadn't oxidised. They were unusable with white or light bedding but Lancashire Textiles refused to pay the return postage so I am £27.60 out of pocket.Do not order from this company!

I ordered a goose down blanket and I am very happy with it so far. It arrived several days after ordering in a very nice packaging. The blanket itself is thin, light and very breathable. The price was very good too.

Ordered face masks, delivery was quick and the mask was good quality and fits well. I purchased these to cover disposable surgical masks I purchased on line. These masks are easier on the eye when out in public and add a second layer of protection, and there washable. Well worth a tenner.
Made in England.

I have just received the masks which I ordered and quite frankly they are a disgrace. They are badly designed, don’t fit properly and vastly overpriced. It is absolutely disgraceful that Lancashire Textiles is seeking to exploit the public by profiteering in this way.

Recently purchased 4 cushions and I’m really happy with them. The quality is great and I’m delighted to support a British company as we have lost so much of our own industry.

I ordered a throw for my niece for Christmas and sadly the wrong one was sent but I must say the prompt and the professional way the mistake was dealt with and within hours another one sent impressed me. Will shop with you again thank you

Have purchased several king size duvets from Lancashire textiles over the past few years. But my recent purchase of a 1tog duvet (seconds) was disastrous, it was twice as thick as their 4.5 tog duvet we already have and was heavier too. Was asked to return it for them to investigate and wasn't given any outcome of their investigation just refunded the full price and postage so I have just had to purchase one elsewhere! So Beware of the seconds!

I have ordered a couple of items from Lancashire Textiles and have received excellent service at all times. The items purchased were of very good quality and were delivered promptly. A great company to deal with!

First of all it was actually through word of mouth that I heard about this company. I initially thought about going to an online competitor but after speaking to a very polite, knowledgeable employee who's customer service skills were second to none, this swayed me to use this company. I have received my order and am very pleased with the products and service provided by Lancashire Textiles.

I purchased a super king size pure cotton duvet 4.5 tog and latex pillows. They arrived very quickly, well packaged.
Used all items for the first time last night, all were of very high quality. Pillows seemed rather heavy but gave great support, best sleep for a long while.
Over all great quality, great prices.

We knew the mattress topper was just what we wanted as we already had one on another bed. These are really comfortable and even though we have good mattresses they are further advanced once we add one of these toppers.

Ordered on line, very easy and the service was very fast.
