I ordered online and was given a confirmation email that showed my billing address and free delivery.

I then get an email implying that I wanted to collect from store and them claiming the address was blank... Despite it being in the confirmation email.

In this day and age I'd really expect an online order to be fairly foolproof so I won't be returning.

Brilliant. Ordered turf. Was really excellent quality. Very pleased.

I had a wonderful experience during my recent visit to the garden centre, thanks to the fantastic service provided by Neil and Katherine. They were both incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what they do.
It’s rare to come across such attentive and dedicated staff. Neil and Katherine made my visit a real pleasure. I left not only with beautiful plants but also with confidence in how to care for them. Highly recommend this garden centre.

Joe & his team of tree surgeons prune my trees every year & they really are the best in their profession & knowledge.
Nothing is too much trouble & they always leave my garden looking immaculate so thank you.

Jamie and his team gave my garden a good tidy up and pruning in the autumn. They could not have been more helpful knowledgeable and efficient. Great team and the garden looks so much better and manageable!

I love Lancaster's. Friendly, local, human, helpful, what's not to like. Great pots and plants. I also like to share a joke with the sales team. Only problem is, I spend more money there than anywhere.

My 2 signature large pots of golden bamboo and an olive tree are beautiful specimens that typify the quality that Lamcasters supply.

Lancasters is my favourite garden centre of all time. The quality is excellent, staff are really really helpful and delivery is quick.

I love Lancasters, they have a huge range of flowers and plants, and I have spent a fortune there. Their emails and website are very informative and make me want to visit. However, whenever I drop in and ask for advice, as I'm not a very confident gardener, I am let down by the less than interested sales staff. You'd expect staff in a garden centre to have some basic knowledge about the plants they sell, but they are just not engaging. Shame!

Joe and his team turned our front and back gardens from a wilderness into something we can actually use! They were polite, knowledgeable and accommodating. The fencing, landscaping, lawn and paving work was all delivered to a very high standard. We are very pleased and can recommend them without hesitation.

We needed a fence replacing and two sycamore trees reducing. Joe, Jamie and their teams were excellent and we are very pleased with their work. Professional, friendly, tidy and punctual.
They did exactly what they said they would do at the time and at the price that they quoted.

I have a large oak tree in my front garden which was overhanging into the road and needed to be cut back. I discussed the work that was needed with a number of tree surgeons, but Joe was by far the most professional. He was extremely pro-active communicating progress from start to finish and was the most reasonably priced. He explained how far the tree's branches needed to be cut back and said that he would be happy to liaise with the local council on my behalf in order to ensure everything was done properly. Joe notified me when the council approved the work and did an excellent job. He and his colleagues were polite, efficient and extremely professional. They cleared up beautifully when the work was complete. I would have no hesitation recommending Lancasters and would be very happy to use them again in the future.

My order has arrived fairly quickly, everything in perfect condition and no excess packaging. I like that this company doesn’t charge extra fee for delivery of compost and the prices are reasonable.
