The fact that Landed is able to contribute up to 15% of the purchase price removes such a big barrier to buying a home. And it allowed our five-year plan to be cut down to a one-year plan. Our loan officer was super quick in getting pre-approval letters, and she also helped us get low interest rates and keep closing costs under control. And our Landed partner agent was great, too. He was very responsive and answered all our questions, and as first-time buyers we had a lot. Everyone really took care of us. Allyson

Landed gave us a lot of support. They got us answers to any questions, they were able to help provide feedback on the properties, HOA documents. They knew what to look out for – that was very valuable.

We tried a lot of affordable housing programs before Landed. They were the ones who actually succeeded in helping us buy a home. There were some snags along the way, like realizing we couldn't buy a home near train tracks. But in the end, they were good to work with and supported us through the process.

The Boston market is crazy hard to find a house. When we needed it the most Landed helped us secure a beautiful home for our family!!

What Landed unlocked was location. I didn’t want a long commute. My colleagues have commutes as long as 45 minutes or an hour, I think my commute is 12 minutes. And I didn’t want a townhome. I wanted a house, I wanted to have a yard. And being able to put down a down payment that is significant enough to avoid mortgage insurance on top of all the other costs, that was really good, too. From starting my search through closing and after Landed was there to help.

It doesn't misrepresent itself in any way.
