Whatever woes and worries I face as a landlord, internet service to our tenants is not one of them. Have used Landlord Broadband for almost ten years and the service has been exceptional in every respect. For example, I recently had trouble connecting a new thermostat and couldn’t contact the manufacturer. Phoned Landlord Broadband in desperation. Not only did Roy look up the installation manual and help me successfully connect,he then thoughtfully called back a week later to check everything was still working well! Similarly great help from Tom and Brad on other occasions. Intelligence, efficiency and helpfulness permeate this organisation. Recommended

Honestly absolutely amazing customer service, emailed them about a problem and was getting instant back and forth replies on email to resolve the issue, went out of their way by more than a mile to help out. Feels really nice to feel like I’m talking to a real person rather than a email back with copy and paste responses to resolve the issue which never actually helps, 10/10 would recommend. Great experience overall

As a tenant, the customer service was absolutely brilliant when we had a wifi issue (the first issue in 2 years living here). A special mention to Raphael who was extremely patient and fantastic at explaining. Perfect!

Great experience with Landlord Broadband! It has worked amazingly in our 9 bed HMO for 5 years - we only had issues 3 times in 5 years! Best setup ever! Professional, great service and they have a direct number that tenants can call if they can't connect. Installation and the engineer visit when we had a problem a couple of years ago were easy to organise, and went ahead with no issues. I would definitely recommend them.

The team manage the service that we use and we’ve had no complaints from any of our tenants with coverage throughout the 4 storey property. In fact. The students have commented on how good the internet is.

Having used the likes of BT in the past, I can honestly say that working with Landlord Broadband is a breath of fresh air. If i have any problems or questions I can pick the phone up or drop an email to the team and have it answered within minutes. No more sitting on the phone for hours on end listening to awful waiting music or the waiting for a call back that never comes.
The best part, their prices are as competitive in comparison to the big companies.
