I booked them to complete Gas, Electrical and ECP, if they could not complete all 3 I would not have booked them at all, as this will effect the price for a single supplier.
I have been extremely patient with their company but there has been a lot of failings;
The person carrying out the 3 checks didn’t turn up to the visit as arranged, they said the assessor miss read the date booked.
2. I didn’t receive my certificates, I emailed twice before receiving any reply, then when you did reply the reason was you couldn’t find my payment I had to re produce a payment receipt.
3. Now after agreeing and taking payment for providing me with the 3 certificates you are not providing me with one of the the EPC for a reason that is beyond me.
We do not have a current ECP Certificate, and at no point during the booking Process, did you indicate that you would need an existing one for you to provide me with this.
They are not replying to my request for a refund and this was a month ago.

Would use again. Had EIRC and new fuse box fitted, tidy polite and speedy work!
