They Hand Off to Canada Post for Canadian Orders - CPC who strike often

I ordered through Amazon.ca and the items were to arrive in Ontario on October 16th. Landmark hands off to Canada Post, and (no shock) they were on strike when I ordered the product on September 30th, so why did they hand over to CPC? Anyway, the item finally arrived on October 31st, a full 15 days after I needed them!

UPDATE - not sure who is showing the correct information but Amazon indicated that the package was shipped on October 1

Clearance processing completed, no delivery.

Yesstyle has send my order with this company. The package was send to the Netherlands, it arrived there on October 22, on October 24 the Clearance processing was completed. After that nothing happened. I have already send an email to Yesstyle, they are not very helpfull, they send me the tracking link again and told me that I have to wait. I always receive packages a few days after the Clearance processing is completed. I also have an tracking number from DHL but they tell me that they have not received a order from Landmark to pick up and deliver the package. Landmark tracking: LTN405525656.

Hello! I bought an NFL jersey on October 14, 2025, and with shipping to my country, Colombia, it cost $154. Today, October 31, I'm still waiting for my order, which is under this number: PS000427L0060461047 · LTN406025827. No one is responding, and there's no way to contact them to find out if I'm going to receive my package or if it was stolen. This situation is very frustrating. What a horrible experience with this thieving company!

I am in a new built building and there…

I am in a new built building and there is no buzzer code it goes by name they refuse to deliver due to no code. The driver even text me so why did he not ask me about access. I did not know old navy uses them now and they have delivered to me before with no issues. One week almost and my package has not been delivered.

Terrible delivery experience – very disappointed

I placed an order through iHerb, which was handled by Landmark Global and then transferred to Apple Express for delivery in Canada. The estimated delivery date was October 27, but after three failed delivery attempts, my package was sent back.
Each time I contacted Apple Express, I was told the courier tried to reach me but couldn’t get ahold of me. I clearly explained to their customer service several times that I would not be home during working hours and asked them to simply leave the package at my door. Despite my requests, they ignored this and returned my order.
When I tried calling Landmark Global, the phone line never worked, "they are experiencing an abnormal rate of phone calls".
I also sent an email explaining the situation and asking them to redeliver the parcel or leave it at my door, but I haven’t received any reply.
This entire experience has been extremely frustrating. Poor communication, unreliable delivery, and unresponsive customer service — I am very disappointed and will avoid using Landmark Global in the future.

Lost Parcel

Ordered a personalised gift which I was expecting to receive Monday. Received an email at 21:09 that my parcel was delivered which was odd since it’s Sunday evening and there was no doorbell/text/call that delivery person was at the address. I also did not receive an update earlier today saying it was out for delivery. However, I checked the mailbox and there was nothing. Checked shipping history which said delivered at 14:58?? There was no photo included in the email as proof it was actually delivered or left at the address. This is the first time I heard of this delivery service and actually the first time I did not receive my order. Very disappointing and what a waste of money! Wish I read reviews online before placing an order.

Abysmal service, never ship with them

I live in an apartment with a security door, the driver called me saying that he could not get ahold of me, as I was at work and unable to answer the buzzer. He said ok and marked my package undeliverable and would reroute it to a pickup point. I was never left a notice card indicating where and when to pick up my parcel. Service on their customer support line is absolutely abysmal. I called as soon as they opened at 9AM, and the automated service said "they are experiencing an abnormal rate of phone calls"

My package LTN402345461 has been stuck at the status "Shipped from Belgium" since October 1st, with absolutely no updates. The estimated delivery date has long passed, and there is no way to contact Landmark Global to get any information. This lack of transparency and communication is completely unacceptable and extremely frustrating.

Delays, poor tracking info, and items not arriving

Living in Japan I buy a lot of books, DVDs, and CDs from the UK, I find when a seller uses landmark there are always delays and often my item never arrived. Currently I bought an item through Amazon, tracking information says it arrived, which it didn’t, the seller did say they have had problems with landmark and asked me to just wait and hope the item turns up. I try to avoid sellers who use landmark now.

Postscript:
Landmark replied to my review, I feel their attitude in saying that if a seller chooses no tracking then it’s just bad luck if your item does not turn up, I also feel blaming the local postal service is also a very weak response. I standby my above review, landmark seems to be a company that focuses on its own profits, undercutting countries national postal service, but having no care for customer service. Based on landmark’s response all I can say is BEWARE landmark as a carrier, you risk a lot of problems with them.

7 days no update on order. sitting in facility.

my item was shipped to landmark and has been sitting with them since October 9th. It's now October 15th with no update. So its been sitting with them for basically a week with no updates to be seen. disappointing service, might as well just cancel my order and try using another service, at least I know Id be receiving it before I move. EDIT : they replied saying they have it in the facility on October 16th, and it will be delivered soon. Well guess what? its now the 20th and still no update or delivery! so I stand by my review. An item that was supposed to take 1-2 week is now taking over 3 weeks to delivered, simply because they wont process it. Terrible company. I will be contacing the business which I bought from and tell them I will no longer buy from them if they continue to use this delivery service. Im moving in 2 days and I doubt it will have arrived by then, so will be getting a refund for sure. Waste of time and $$.

Awful service

Placed an order on some gifts for somebodies birthday. Spent 60 odd quid in total. Nothing arrived. No doorbell ring, no knock at the door. Nothing. Order is saying delivered, and apparently I cannot even call somebody to contact them about the issue.

Weirdly convenient that I get the notification for delivered an hour into when their offices have already closed...

I wouldn’t even give it one star

I wouldn’t even give it one star, but I had no choice. I had an order shipped internationally and it passed through customs and instead of using a courier they used Canada Post, which is currently on strike and I’ve never received my package. Why would they use Canada post knowing they are on strike. No update no way to contact them. And I do not have home delivery to my address with Canada post. I will never receive it to begin with. My advice is next time you make a purchase make sure it’s not delivered through landmark because you’ll never receive your package and there’s no way of contacting them. Biggest ripoff company around.

I have been waiting for a package - UPDATED

Update
The package has been delayed, but it seems to be my local postal service, who is at fault.
My problem is, that you get no info from Landmark about anything, the moment they hand it over to local post service. I think they should write you and provide you with the name of the new service and a tracking number, so you can follow the package still.
The support provided these things, but the costumer should not have to write an email, to acquire them

I ordered a Jersey from Fanatics and i have no idea where it is.

I ordered a Jersey from Fanatics and for some reason landmark global sent it from the US to Europe (I live in Panama). First red flag. Now there has been 9 days since the last update and i have no idea if my order even is. Customer service is awful. I have not recieved a reply in almost 3 days. Awful awful.

Packages far away from the final destination

Could you provide an update on the status of this package LTN396641923? It should have been delivered in Costa Rica but tracking shows that Shipment has arrived to the final destination facility in LONDON - this doesn't seem right.

Also, this other LTN390054790 should have been delivered by mid August and is still in transit.
