Don’t be fooled.

Spaces might look great but don’t be fooled. They’ll try every way to gain that extra penny so they can avoid going that extra mile. For someone who spends £300K+ pa with them and have done for years they’re charging us to move some desks around. Serviced office - my foot.

WORST CO-WORK IN LONDON

As someone who has leased office space in London for several years, I’ve come to expect a certain level of professionalism from providers. Unfortunately, Landmark/The Space in East London failed to meet even the most basic expectations.

We started renting a 6-person office from them in January, thinking it would be a smooth experience. But when we ended our contract, Landmark held onto our £2,500 deposit, forcing us to follow up repeatedly. The responses we got put our backs against the wall—leaving us frustrated and without a resolution.

In all my years of dealing with office rentals, I’ve never encountered such a lack of transparency and accountability. It’s horrifying that a company could operate with such disregard for its clients. If you’re considering office space in London, I strongly suggest avoiding Landmark/The Space. Stick with companies like Spaces, Regus, or WeWork—where your business is treated with the respect it deserves.

Unprofessional and Dishonest - Avoid Landmark/The Space at All Costs!

I have been a business founder for the past four years, renting private offices in central London with several major providers, including Spaces/Regus and WeWork. Unfortunately, my experience with Landmark/The Space in East London has been nothing short of a nightmare.

Since January, my team and I have been renting a 6-person office space with Landmark, and I have never encountered such unprofessional behavior in all my years. Upon the termination of our contract, Landmark refused to return our deposit of approximately £2,500. Despite numerous attempts to contact them for an explanation, our emails have gone unanswered.

This is the first time I’ve experienced such blatant disregard for professionalism and transparency. Landmark’s behavior is nothing less than a scam, and I strongly urge other small startups and businesses to avoid renting office space with them. The other major providers like Spaces/Regus and WeWork are far more reliable and professional. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere!

Excellent Service

Having moved offices from a Regus location, we can fully understand why Landmark is a better Company to deal with. Their expertise, supervision and efficiency of the property and above all their freindliness is without exception. A big thank you to the team located at Dover Street.

We are very pleased with our experience…

We are very pleased with our experience so far with Landmark. Facilities are immaculate (high quality) attention to detail. The staff are so incredibly professional. They go above and beyond to help and all have the loveliest personalities. They make coming into the office a really pleasant experience.

I did the landmark forum and am so…

I did the landmark forum and am so incredibly grateful that someone stood for me to have this technology work in my life. it has been the most profound experience for me and my family and life has never been the same again. so much has lifted from my space and i'm a different being. my blind spots got exposed and it was mind blowing experience.

The WORST experience

The WORST experience.

Please stay away from them specially the staff at 40 bank street in canary wharf, they are so mean and horrible, they keep sending me wrong account statement, when I challenged them and showed them I have paid with proof and receipt of payment, they threatened me with sending the invoice for debt collection ! this is beyond pathetic.

I am going to take them to court if they dare and send their FAKE invoice to debt collection, someone must stand up to this.

Avoid using Landmark if you can they have zero care for their clients the service they provide is the bare minimum all they are interested in is charging you for anything and everything.

They also do anything they can to withhold your deposit we served notice on time and within the contact they then lied point blank to our face saying that it was not served after it was accepted and we discussed moving out apparently because they were speaking to us about other options it was unaccepted and we were told to sever again so they could get another 3 months rental out of us!

i2 were amazing but landmark are worlds away the center manager was unhelpful rude and uninterested in the clients it was no wonder half the clients had left or were leaving by the time we left.

Do not choose Landmark

Read the reviews of the people who say Landmark are bad. They are sadly correct. Anything you do costs money. They sold us rooms and told me what the termination date was. I terminated before this date. I thought I had 3 months termination. Not so. They said I missed a date so my termination is nearly 6 months. Please please go to others and save yourself the trouble. The air conditioning doesn’t work properly, the WiFi keeps falling out and the staff are surly. Use the others.

Avoid wasting time and money!

You are better off with WeWork or Regus what ever you do avoid Landmark, it was a big mistake we can't wait for our contract to finish:
- The Internet always slow and over priced.
- The air-conditioning broken in the summer and in the winter they can't switch it off.
- The reception and the management are rude and unprofessional to you and your visitors, "they sent you email if you have a visitor/client waiting at the reception, it is too difficult to give you a call !!!!!!".
