Our experience of Land of Coder is that the modules are poorly written with several bugs and the support is very poor/essentially non existent.

We’ve been chasing a response to our submission of show stopping functional bugs for four weeks, but can’t get even an answer much less fixes, which means additional cost fixing issues with their (premium ee suite) modules ourselves.

The lack of post purchase support is very concerning and had we known this would be the experience we would have tried a different extension vendor.

Ticket number #3541408 was created on Dec 12th, 2023, and on Dec 13th, 2023, LOF repled promising to release the update for this issue on/before 15th Dec 2023.

Unfortunately, no update was released as promised by LOF then on the Dec 19th 2023, we contact LOF for the second attempt and got a reply asking us to purchase Magento supoort parkage for MKTPlace Pro. Find below is the transaction number #62150744B3296260T, for the purchase via PayPal

Third and forth attempt has been made, without success. And no update has been released after more than 1 weeks.

When we start uploading bulk products, it does not automatically assign seller id or approve it. This limitation arises because of the static type of the seller ID and approval fields.

To elaborate, when attempting to upload multiple products simultaneously, the system fails to automatically assign seller IDs or approve them due to the static attributes of these fields. Modifying the field types may enable the assignment of sellers; however, it does not populate the corresponding table for sellers and products in the Marketplace, as the system was not originally designed to accommodate this scenario.

Secondly, we have identified performance-related issues within the Marketplace. The platform exhibits sluggish response times, particularly noticeable when saving a product from the admin interface. The presence of post-save events prolongs the process, causing undesirable delays.

Other Marketplace Pro users from LOF are complaining of the same issues and we ask you release the update ASAP.

Support team always answer. Helped to adjust module configuration after upgrading.

Jassy and her team successfully sorted the issue on our licensing of two modules. It took quite a while to sometimes get a response but it could be due to time zone differences. Other than that, the option to have a WhatsApp exchange was great as I prefer this over email.

Support is good

Worst support, bought module for Magento 2 auction, already half a year they can't fix little issues...

We've been using both paid & free extensions from Land Of Coder for about three years.
I have yet to find any modules that don't contain bugs. They all needed fixes.
They do sometimes resolve these in support but it takes a lot of back and forth to get a fix.
When we've pointed out free extensions that don't work their response is that it is free and to buy support.
You shouldn't supply any extensions that do not work, free or paid!
They often say to wait for new versions which either never come or when they do they have the same bugs in as previous versions.
We bought the Megamenu extension three years ago and it still does not function correctly. We're told to wait for the next update. We also had issues with the paid Brand extension that took months to resolve.
They're quite friendly and they do answer tickets but their modules never work.
If you're thinking of purchasing one be aware that it will not work out of the box.

They provide great IT services! Very much impressed with the flow of their work!

Worst support ever and they do not refund any money!!! Do not go with this company. I got a mega menu with support and it is still hard lagging. If I could I would share a video how they deliver the product and also all failures that we got in the magento command line after install their mega menu

The extension is very helpful to start a multivendor business!
The service deserves 5 stars. Some other users wrote, that the service is bad in many ways, but I didn't experience bad service at all. Jassy and the team is responding very fast and more important are helping a lot. If I had a problem, they told me how to fix it or fixed it themselves. Thanks for that! They even wrote me an email, asking me if everything is going the way it should be or if there are any problems.

I bought megamenu of landofcoder. It help us easier manage menu on magento 2 website . Highly Recommend

Mega Menu does not work as expected and it is quite buggy without smoothness. Do install mega menu of landofcoder if u use varnish cache!!!!!!. They don't pay your money back and they always say:

"I’m sorry that this extension hasn’t worked out as you expected. But I regret to inform you that the smoothness you expect is not a fault, we just developed extension with features as our promote, and styling as our design, any other requirements and styling after purchase are not include on module features."

I gave them a fresh magento2 instance! FRESH!!!

DONT BUY EXTENSIONS OF THEM!!!

We have over 5 products from Landofcoder and the support has been second to none, we also had some custom work done on a module and the development time was not only brilliant but the price was also very competitive. Highly Recommend

I had a significant problem calculating taxes.
There was a serious problem with the tax computation. I alerted the Landofcoder staff, who responded quickly and supplied a fresh piece of code to my mailbox the next morning, ensuring that tax was computed appropriately. I'm quite pleased with the assistance I've received.

Bought some M2 extension and ask for refund as they does not work together with our Setup/Theme/other Modules and even Magento Cart Rules.

This was Dec 30, 2021 today is Jan 13, 2022 and nothing came up. Just spent your money anywhere else.
They top now everything we ever had.

Had a major issue with tax calculation. I notified the Landofcoder team and it was attended to immediately and a new piece of code was delivered to my inbox the next morning and tax is calculated correctly. I'm very happy with the support provided.

So, I purchased the pro-Magento package, and the team from LandOfCorders especially they have a guy who works on tickets named "NH Tuan", this guy can come from his sleep to help you guys with the tickets. The team is really helpful. Good efforts from them. They can bring in more people to help if their shift is going to be over.
