This company charge a fee of £28 to sign up for HMLR alerts should there be changes made to your property. I responded to an unsolicited text message, paid the fee and then realised IT IS NOT THE SAME as the official HMLR website where you can set up property alerts for FREE here propertyalert.landregistry.gov.uk
I immediately requested a refund from the company but it has been refused so I shall let everyone know don't touch this company with a barge-pole!
