Total scam - bought 1 product and then was charged repeatedly for a subscription that was not purchased. Scam scam scam!

Please go to landregistry.gov.uk directly, avoid this company at all cost.
Please read the term and condition as you will be charged £15 monthly as they called volume purchased subscription and they will take the money out off your debit or credit card.
They will never refund you once they have taken it out off your card.

Foolishly thought I was on the Land Registry website. Wanted copy of property title deed showing who had owned the house. They sent me wrong document. When I asked for the right document they told me to go to government land registry.
Unknown to me they have been charging £15 a month over the last year. Asked for refund, not happening.

This company needs to be investigated by trading standards, it is stealing a living, I paid £44 for a service not recieved and was told by the HM Land registery it has to be done in writing. The bank reimbursed me. When I approached the company they said they had tried to do there best, and told me to read the terms and conditions.

Don't be deceived by their misleading name and website. If you have and feel that you've been misled then take further action (Citizen's Advice). Don't let them get away with it.

Sent someone elses land details , wont refund, they do not reply to emails, no numbers to call, complete scam DO NOT USE, suspect good reviews all staff !

If you want a land registry document do not go with this company. Go with the Government website it is cheaper and they don't con you into purchasing a package. The website is so misleading, it offers 3 for £15 or a £3 package, I went for the £3 package as I only wanted one document, it did have an asterisk but nothing underneath.....you need to scroll to the bottom of the page to read £3 for the first document and then £15 a month. No further email was sent to me to explain the package, it is a really con. I imagine they have caught many people with this. Watch out

I needed some help with the AP1 and TR1 forms ,so I contacted the Land registry ..and they were very helpful and supportive, they gave me good advice and easy to follow instructions thank you very much for all your help!

Martin was a great help, I needed to find the owner of a parcel of land beside my fathers house. I struggled with the council here in Bath, and was lucky enough to come across these guys on the internet.

They ID's the parcel of land without much fuss and sent all the documents and whatnot across

Very cheap fees all in all and much cheaper than getting the local solicitors involved

Got the deeds and maps fast. Now I need to deal with the neighbour moving the fence

We went down to Swansea office on the off chance to speak to someone. The security Guard was very hepful and arranged for us to see someone. Michelle was efficient, knowledgable, very helpful. It did not solve the problem but at least we knew what the situation was and could then the person who needed to act what needed to be done to solve the problem.
Thank you I would recommend anyone to go in person to get the information you need.
