Superb service

Superb service. I naively thought the land registration information would cost £6.90 but when I checked my bank account I was charged over £50. I hadn’t checked carefully before proceeding. I was really happy to pay well in excess of what the actual Land Registry portal would have charged and have given a TrustPilot 5 star score to highlight my happiness.

This site is just a scam

This site is just a scam. Its no easier to use this so called service than using the the genuine site on the .gov.uk website. Don't get caught out and end up paying multiples of the £7 search fee it should cost you.

SCAM

SCAM. Paid 50 quid a month and a half a go and have received no documents. There is no way to contact other than email which they have not been replying to

SCAMMERS

Applied for a title plan and was sent one dating back to 1970... I asked numerous times for a current up to date plan and have been totally ignored.

Scammers

This is not the official Land Registry despite their website giving that impression with the bold statement on their website “Official Land Registry Documents Online” and with only a tiny disclaimer in very small print at the end of a page!
I ordered and paid £49.95 for a boundary search but never received anything from them and accordingly I cancelled my order and demanded a refund. They agreed to refund me in their email dated 6th September 2025 but still no refund received after two months! Reported transaction as fraudulent to my bank!

Do not use

Went on their website and it gave 2 options at £0 charge. Tried to make an order and it failed - pointed this out to them. They eventually replied with no explanation, just 'Please note we are not taking any order now.'

So glad my attempt failed - suggest using the official LandRegistryUK site and ignore these scammers.

Scammers

Scammers, charging x10 actual price of plans available from the real Uk.Gov Land Registry. I just clicked by mistake as search engines put scammers results higher.

Scam

Scam, no star, avoid like plague. Paid £50 for documents never received despite numerous emails back and forth with Leigh from Customer Support. Only discovered this was a fraud when I rang Land Registry to complain about lack of service. Lovely chap from Land Registry explained that Land Registry Online is nothing to do with them and he gets many calls from people caught out this way. Shame I didn’t check with Trustpilot first.

Not the land registry

AVOID.
Do not make clear except in very small print not the actual Land Registry. After ordering I immediately emailed and requested cancellation. I received automated email back saying that order initiated and can't be cancelled. I could go straight onto official Land Registry site and get documents immediately so not initiated. They have no address and no contact other than email and do not exist on register at Companies House

I would rate this company -10 if I…

I would rate this company -10 if I could. I wrote the following review which was complained about by the named company as I had mentioned the name of the dodgy call handler who missold me some forms. They didn't bother responding to the review nor has anyone contacted me at all. They made many promises to call me back to resolve this issue and offer a refund once they have heard the call (in which I was missold the forms). Stay away from them.

I called in on the 8th May and explained the situation to the call handler "M" who listened and politely sent me out the wrong forms for which I was charged immediately.
When I received the forms it became apparent that he hadn't listened to me at all. I then called back in and spoke to Ellie who was most polite and said the issue would be resolved. It wasnt and still isn't.
I have today spoke again to "M" again who used the most patronising and condescending tone with me for HIS mistake.
I am now asking for the complaints procedure, if there is one, so that this can be looked into. I shall update my review accordingly.

Complete scam and fraudulent company

I wish I didn’t have to give 1 star. I ordered documents on the 4th of July. Like others, I wrongly assumed that this was the actual Land Registry (my own fault for not reading the small print). I received one email on 16 July advising that I would receive the documents any day now. I have been emailing, sending messages via live chat and submitting a form but I haven’t had any further responses. Does anyone have a telephone number for them? I have now requested that my order be cancelled and have submitted a claim via my cc. I wouldn’t care if they sent me the documents but it is obviously a scam company that ghosts its customers. Do not give them your money!

Take your money then never deliver or reply

Requested title deeds documents for a property after the death of my father.
Assumed this was a government department, (my bad, didn't read the small print).
Paid 20 gbp and received an order confirmation and notification that my documents would be delivered within 1-2 hours.
Since then, despite numerous attempts to contact them. NOTHING.
There is no contact number, chat function is constantly disabled and they do not reply to e-mails.
AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!

SCAMMERS !! Even one star is a joke

Even one star is a joke, this company looked legit, however after three emails to their so called support@landregistryonline and no reply and a further email to orders@landregistrysearches still no reply. I was supposed to get a reply within 1 to 2 hours of my order, well 18 days later nothing. If thats how they work do not bother with them not to be trusted ! **Update*** Had to resort to getting charge back via bank
