I purchased some strings of outdoor lights last year. Two sets subsequently failed. On approaching the company, the lights were replaced quickly, efficiently with no fuss. From this experience I would say their after sales service is exceptional. Thankyou Lucie, David and all at Landscapeplus!

If there is a comparison to use for the sales team then 'A Swiss made watch' comes in mind - efficient, accurate and flawless. It has been a pleasure to deal with them on every single occasion, even when things have gone slightly wrong due to factors out of Landscape Plus control (thanks to Lucie Humphries for going an extra mile and sorting it out).

Really comprehensive overview of water features. Great to start the day with "what do you want to know." Paul made sure we covered everything. I now feel more confident in specifying water features and some of the common pitfalls. I would definitely do more workshops with them in the future.

A good training session on ponds and water features yesterday with Landscape Plus. I feel a lot more confident about spec'ing these now that I understand some of the technology better, and especially knowing that the Landscape Plus team are there to advise me details of how to make water features work to everyone's satisfaction.

I feel a lot more confident to talk to clients about bespoke water features, and it's great to know Paul and the team are there to help with the practical side of implementing a design.
