Technical failure, loss of premium assets,inactive/invalid in France, and unprofessional support

I am a LoL+ premium subscriber and recently experienced a severe technical failure where the server failed to synchronize my logout time, resulting in the loss of valuable in-game assets acquired through paid services.

Despite providing clear evidence of the server desync (logs showing 'manual' actions hours after I had logged out), the administration (Olivier) refused to conduct a technical audit. Instead of providing professional support, the administrator was sarcastic and dismissive.

I had to resort to PayPal to recover my investment. PayPal investigated the evidence and ruled in my favor, issuing full refunds for the failed service. This company (iLOGOS SARL, France) lacks the infrastructure to support its paying customers and treats legitimate technical claims with mockery. Avoid investing time or money here if you value fair play and professional customer service.

I conducted a technical and legal audit on iLOGOS (the company behind the game) and discovered their business registration (SIREN 494067088) is currently inactive/invalid in France.

When I brought this up, the administration chose mockery over transparency.

Hello,

Thank you for your feedback. We understand how frustrating it can be to lose a valuable in-game asset, even in a wargame where such outcomes are part of the gameplay.

As discussed with you previously, we thoroughly reviewed your case together using our server logs. These show that your dragon performed manual offensive actions prior to being attacked, which made it vulnerable for a limited time according to the game’s mechanics. It was then defeated during that period by another player acting within the normal rules of the game. No technical issue was identified.

Regarding your purchases, all services were delivered as described and functioned as intended.

We’re sorry that our previous exchanges did not meet your expectations. We always aim to assist players as clearly and fairly as possible, and we remain available if you would like further clarification.

Best regards,
Lands of Lords Team
