Terrible service and totally unprofessional. I have ordered a 200m roll of zipper on 21 July . Been sent a text that they would be in holiday till 30th and that they will post it on their retun or refund me if I wish. I replied I could wait IF they would do a next day delivery. That never happened and nobody refunded me. We are on 2nd August now and they haven't even send the parcel or money back . When confronted them they said they do not offer next day deliveries which is a joke. Wasted my time and money. I wouldn't buy from this place anything ever again. I will take my money back through the bank but i guess that's why you should never buy from a random shopify website . Lesson learnt

Supplied exactly what I needed in good time. It would have been useful to have company details when I bought through Amazon instead of an anonymous looking website. Learning that it was British, comparatively local and supplied by experts in the field could have helped.

Cancelled my order without explanation. Had issues with my previous order too so will take my business elsewhere.

Ordered online and paid then got a notification the product wasn't available. I have got a refund but annoying website was not up to date

Purchased Brass Studs from Laneys Supplies and they did not disappoint, very sturdy, good quality materials.
The despatch and delivery was fast too, we received the studs within days of ordering.

Cancelled my order!!?? after speaking to someone on the phone and having them actually get the item to have a look as i had a question, then cancelled it 5 days later saying the product was damaged beyond repair! Bizarre as its listed as "This item is used but in perfect working order". and guess what... its still available to add to basket!!! Laughable

Great service fast delivery, great product

Fast delivery and well wrapped, however ot is not white. It is off white so it can't be used next to my other snow blankets. It looks like dirty snow.
