I’m disappointed with this tool’s ability to style my hair. I’ve tried multiple heat settings & it still leaves my hair kinky & not curled/ wavy. I went back to my curling iron.

I have several l’ange tools and have for years. Great products. One of mine went out after 5 years and I couldn’t live without it so I ordered a new one(I literally used it almost everyday). The new wasn’t working quite as well as the old one. I emailed and immediately they had another one in the mail for me. That is some great customer service. I will continue to order and be a customer.

I was waiting for the diffuser!
I was waiting for the diffuser for those of us with curly hair, and you came through. This is weird, but even with the diffuser, it dries my hair in about 7 minutes. I cannot believe it. It's here with my in Europe, because I can plug it in on the cruise ship, obviously not in Europe with their outlets being 220, maybe in the future you're going to get that done.

I love all the Lange products. I use them daily. This company does a great job with presentation, but what is most important are the products. I have two hair dryers - one for home and one for travel. My sister used mine on our sister trip and ordered her one when we returned home. Delivery is fast and convenient. I love the scent of all the hair products and I also love the hair towel… AMAZING. company and products!
